Terms of Use
Effective Date: 29 July 2026 · Last Updated: 29 July 2026
1Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MEAIOW website, including the publicly accessible parts of the Client Portal sign-in and AICADEMY informational pages (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2About MEAIOW
MEAIOW LTD designs, engineers, and deploys AI workforces for regulated enterprises, delivered through six accountable product layers: THEOREM (proves — process intelligence), AXIOM© (acts — the resolution engine), CONTINUUM (advises — the operating model for change), RESOURCE (deploys — the AI workforce across business functions), FIRST AI-D© (governs — governance across every layer), and VERDICT (verifies — independent testing and assurance). We also operate AICADEMY, offering UK-accredited qualifications in agentic AI, process intelligence, and AI workforce design, and a Client Portal through which customers manage their deployed workforce. The Site describes these products, our methodology (Agentecture and the DG-AI-PT Methodology), and our company information; it is not itself a product or service delivery environment.
3Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the Client Portal, or any related network or system.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site or its components, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Site’s normal operation.
4Intellectual Property
MEAIOW©, THEOREM©, AXIOM©, CONTINUUM©, RESOURCE©, FIRST AI-D©, and VERDICT© are trademarks of MEAIOW LTD. The Agentecture framework and DG-AI-PT Methodology, together with all other text, graphics, logos, and materials on the Site, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5No Professional Advice; Illustrative and Third-Party Data
Content on the Site — including descriptions or demonstrations of how THEOREM, AXIOM, CONTINUUM, RESOURCE, FIRST AI-D, or VERDICT behave — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, security, or other professional or compliance advice, and it does not guarantee the performance, behavior, or output of any AI agent or system in a specific deployment, which depends on the configuration, data, and controls applied by the customer and MEAIOW under a separate agreement.
Statistics and research findings referenced on the Site (for example, figures attributed to McKinsey, IDC, Gartner, or Forrester) are third-party research provided for illustrative and contextual purposes. They describe industry-wide findings, not a guarantee of results for any particular MEAIOW customer or deployment.
6Product and Customer Terms
Your use of THEOREM, AXIOM, CONTINUUM, RESOURCE, FIRST AI-D, VERDICT, or the Client Portal as a customer is governed by a separate, signed Master Service Agreement, Order Form, and (where applicable) Data Processing Agreement between you and MEAIOW, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms for that use. These Terms govern only your use of the marketing website.
7AICADEMY
Applications, enrolment, coursework, assessment, and issuance of AICADEMY qualifications are governed by separate AICADEMY enrolment terms (to be published alongside this document), which will address fees, cancellation, assessment and certification rules, and the role of the relevant accrediting/awarding body. If you are a consumer enrolling as an individual, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), unless you have expressly requested that coursework begin immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose this right once the course has started. You also have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to the quality and timely provision of the service.
8Client Portal Access
- Access to the Client Portal is limited to individuals authorized by a customer under an active Master Service Agreement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Client Portal credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate Portal access to protect the security of the Portal or in accordance with the applicable customer agreement.
9Submissions
If you submit information to us through a contact form, Discovery Call request, AICADEMY application, careers application, or otherwise (“Submissions”), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Submissions to respond to you and operate our business.
10Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may link to third-party websites or content that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
11Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEAIOW AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEAIOW and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
15Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MEAIOW regarding use of the Site.
